Terms of use
The service
when? helps the members of a Discord server find a date: availability, a vote, and a bot that tells everyone. It is free, provided as is, without any guarantee of availability, and can change or stop at any time.
Your account
You log in with your Discord account, there is nothing else to create. You must be old enough to use Discord in your country, and follow Discord's own terms. An account can have 3 events going at once.
What you post
You are responsible for the titles, descriptions and images of your events, and for whom you invite. Nothing illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual or violent, no advertising, and no invitation sent to people who have nothing to do with the event.
Moderation
An event that breaks these rules or the law can be removed, and the account of its creator closed, without notice. To report one, use the “Report” link of the event or the contact link at the bottom of this page.
Liability
The publisher is a private individual who runs when? for free: within the limits of the law, they cannot be held liable for an event that did not take place, a message that did not arrive or lost data.
Your data
See the privacy policy.
Changes and law
These terms can change; going on using the site means accepting them. They are governed by French law.
