Organise a weekly game night on Discord

A game night works when it is a habit, not a negotiation. With when? you pick the people once, and the next night starts by itself.

1. Invite the right people

Create the event and tick the members of your server, or a whole Discord role at once. Mark the ones who must be there as required.

2. Let calendars do the work

Guests can link their Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar: one click marks as busy the times when they already have something.

3. Make it repeat

Choose every week, every 2 or every 4 weeks. Once the night is over, the next one is created by itself with the same guests, the dates moved on.

4. Let the bot remind everyone
